The 5th meeting of JSEV
Allow us to begin by thanking you for ordinary support for the activities of the Japanese Association for RNAi (JARI) and the Japanese Society for Extracellular Vesicles (JSEV). JARI will be conducted in collaboration with JSEV in the immediate future.
JARI works in collaboration with academia including universities, pharmaceutical companies, and reagent and/or instrument manufacturers for technological exchange, and works to promote vitalization of small RNA research including siRNA and microRNA and practical use of them. In the last 8th JARI meeting, we could obtain consent from many participants throughout Japan, and end it on a high note. Furthermore, the JARI meeting was well-received by participants in various life science fields for two international guest experts of hot exosome research and achieved active discussion and technological exchange.
In this year, we will hold the 9th JARI meeting in collaboration with the 4th meeting of JSEV for 3 days starting from August 30th at Grand Prince Hotel Hiroshima. Prof. Akihiko Nakano (Tokyo University) and Prof. Yoshinobu Baba (Nagoya University) will kindly give a presentation in Keynote Speech in this meeting. Moreover, we will invite 5 symposists from Asia, and they will give a lecture related to recent research of exosome in each countries in the special program. We will also give microRNA symposium and additional lecture program consisting of many symposiasts, and we will invite international experts in the research fields of microRNA and exosome. We look forward to active participation of academic researchers and individuals of division of research and development in companies.
In line with this, we would like to invite you as a supporting company in the 9th JARI /4th JSEV meeting to manage many and various program, as per the attached document. We would also like you to understand change in support cost because of an extension of the term of the meeting for three days since 4th meeting with the internationalization of the meeting. Additionally, we will organize stamp rally for participants to walk from booth to booth, getting a more favorable notice last year. We kindly ask not only for your cooperation for promotion of exchange and cooperation between industry and academia and evolution of our research field, but also for participation to give a presentation.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we would like you to inform us by sending a application form asking whether or not you will be able to support 9th JARI/4th JSEV meeting. We should be very happy if you would send the form checking a box of “under consideration” only by June 16th via E-mail or fax to the below address or number. We recommend that you consider it early because application to luncheon seminar go beyond the limits at the first deadline every year. Finally, we also ask for application to company membership.

Time and date: three days from 30th August to 1st September (will terminate at 16:00 on the last day)
※ The companies will be provided with simple booth with a desk to display products and brochure. Large-scale special booth will be provided according to your budget.
※ Registration and registration fee is required for staff from the company, however, not required for three stuff from member company.
※ Companies applying booth have 100 copies of the meeting leaflets free of charge.
※ Companies applying booth will be able to install your booth later than 10:00 AM on 30th August (agree to your proposal).
